Hazclear will help you progress and will offer training where needed, all we ask of you is that you hold a full driving license, have a strong work ethic and although we are based in Willenhall you must be willing to travel around the UK.

Industrial Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated industrial cleaning supervisor.

As an industrial cleaning supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations in industrial cleaning facilities. Your role will involve ensuring high standards are maintained and in line with current legislation and that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise a team of industrial cleaning operatives.
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections.
  • Manage supplies and equipment.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff members and act promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with other supervisors.

Requirements needed:

  • Proven experience in the industrial cleaning sector or similar supervisor role
  • Knowledge of the chemicals and equipment used at Hazclear.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
  • Attention to detail with all completed jobs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and away from home.
  • Valid driver’s license

 

Industrial Cleaning Operative

As an Industrial Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in being part of a team maintaining cleanliness in all industrial facilities.
Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Perform required industrial cleaning tasks.
  • Understand how to manage hazardous waste.
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery and equipment.
  • Dispose of waste and hazardous materials correctly
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure you provide a safe working environment.
  • Complete jobs to an excellent standard
Requirement needed:
  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning and waste management
  • Knowledge of the equipment used and why
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and be part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to all jobs.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and away from home if needed.
